We would rather agree things up front than argue about them later. This page explains exactly what happens to your money if plans change.
Blueprint ($499)
- If we cannot deliver the Blueprint, you get a full refund.
- Once the Blueprint is delivered it is not refundable, because the work is done and the Blueprint is yours to keep and use with anyone.
- If you go ahead with the build within 60 days, the full $499 is credited against it.
Automation Sprints, MVP Sprints and Launch builds
- Cancel before the build starts: the first 50% is refunded in full.
- Cancel after the build starts: you pay for the working days already spent, at a daily rate of the build price divided by its working days. Any unused part of your first 50% is refunded, and you receive everything built so far.
- If we cancel for any reason other than unpaid invoices or a breach of our terms, you get back every payment for work not delivered, and you keep everything built so far.
- The second 50% is only due at launch, so it is never taken in advance.
If we are late
If we launch after the agreed date, you do not pay the second 50% of that build. If you have already paid it, we refund it. How the date is set and when it moves is explained in our terms of service.
Care plans ($799 a month)
- Cancel at any time by email. The plan ends at the close of the month you have already paid for.
- Part months are not refunded, and unused hours do not roll over.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@bowlinelabs.com with your invoice number. We confirm the amount within 2 working days and send the refund within 10 working days, to the same method you paid with. Bank and currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are not refundable.
